Gujarat CID has filed a 1000-page charge sheet in the Tulsiram Prajapati fake encounter case against seven police officials. The charge sheet was filed in Danta court in Banaskantha district on Friday. The accused have been charged with kidnapping, murder and conspiracy. Three IPS officers DG Vanzara, Vipul Agrawal and Dinesh MN have been named as the main accused in the case. Banaskantha SP Vipul Agarwal and Police Inspector Ashish Pandya have already been arrested by the CID in this case. About 137 witnesses have been quoted in the chargesheet. AIR Ahmedabad Correspondent reports that Tulsiram Prajapati was killed in fake encounter one year later after Sohrabuddin encounter who was the key witness of abduction and murder of Sohrabuddin and his wife Koserbi.
