Chief Election Officer of Gujarat P Bharati said the state administration is all set to conduct free and fair assembly elections. Addressing a press conference at Gandhinagar today, Ms. Bharati said the number of voters has increased by more than 7 lakh during this election. She added that there will be live webcasting of nearly 26 thousand polling booths this time to ensure fair and transparent elections.<br />'' <br />'' Ms. Bharati said the model code of conduct is being enforced strictly in the state and any citizen can file a complaint regarding the breach of MCC on the c-VIGIL app.<br />'' <br />''Ms. Bharati also talked about a series of initiatives undertaken by the commission to encourage more and more people to cast their vote on the day of the election.
