<span style="color: #222222;">The Gujarat government announced a new policy to regularize unauthorized constructions inside Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) industrial estates. This will benefit nearly 70,000 industrial units.  Industries Minister Balwantsinh Rajput said any unauthorized construction of the MSME units on their allotted plots inside GIDCs can be legalized by paying a specific fee. Mr. Rajput, however, said this will not be applicable to hazardous and obnoxious industrial units.<br />''<br />''The fee for regularising unauthorized residential-type construction between 50 to 300 square metres inside the estate will be in the range of 3,000 to 18,000 rupees.
