<span style="color: #222222;">In Gujarat, the 31st International Kite Festival has been launched at Sabarmati river front in Ahmedabad today morning. It will continue till 14th January- Makarsankranti- the festival of Kites in different parts of the state. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has inaugurated the colourful kite festival, which is also attracting large number of foreign tourists in the state.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking on this occasion, Chief Minister Rupani said that kite has become an identity of Gujarat. He said that the size of kite industry in the state has increased multi-fold following the successive International Kite Festivals in the state. Governor of Gujarat Acharya Devvrat was also present on this occasion.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that more than 140 kite flying experts from 40 countries are participating in this event. About 800 kite fliers from Gujarat and 200 kite fliers from 12 other states are also participating in this unique festival. International Kite Festival is being organized at nine other places across the state simultaneously including Statue of Unity- Kevadiya, Surat and Vadodara.</span><br />
