<span style="color: #222222;">In Gujarat, 31 private hospitals spreading over 26 districts have been declared as designated Covid 19 hospitals.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The decision was made in the cabinet meeting chaired by CM Vijay Rupani today.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that at present dedicated COVID 19 hospitals with a total capacity of 2200 beds are functional in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot while the process of setting up 100 bedded hospital in each district is underway.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In view of the Coronavirus outbreak, the state government is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring the early treatment for the Covid 19 patients. The 100 bedded hospital in each district with ventilator and ICU facility will soon be functional.  With 31 private hospitals designated for the treatment of Coronavirus, total bed capacity for Covid 19 patients has been increased by around 4000 beds. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state government has given authority to all the district collectors to use the services of any medical or paramedical staff to combat Covid 19.
