In Gujarat, the 65th Independence Day was celebrated with traditional patriotic fervour in the bordering district of Kutch this morning. AIR Bhuj correspondent reports that the tri-colours were unfurled from the ancient Lakhpat Fort to all villages on Indo-Pak border amidst mild showers. People in large numbers dressed in traditional tribal costumes participated enthusiastically in the functions.
