In Gujarat, a month long Budget Session of the State Assembly begins in Gandhinagar today with the address of Governor Dr.Kamala. The State Finance Minister Mr.Vajubhai Vala will present the Budget for the year 2010-11 in the house tomorrow. Mr. Vala will present the State Budget for a record 15th time. About eight Government Bills also likely to be introduce in the session in which four bills are related to Education Department. Our Correspondent reports from Gandhinagar that the session is likely to be stormy as the Opposition Congress Party has decided to raise issues concerning public including abolition of Surcharge on VAT, huge money spent behind the series of Garib Kalyan Mela by the Chief Minister and law and order situation in the State.
