<span style="color: #222222;">Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Gurugram Zonal Unit (GZU), Haryana has arrested Rajesh Kasera, a resident of New Delhi for illegally availing input tax credit on invoices without goods. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Investigation revealed that Rajesh Kasera created and controlled two companies based in New Delhi and Faridabad. M/s S.K. Traders had availed and passed on fraudulent Input Tax Credit of Rs 3.47 crore on invoices without accompanying goods. Further, M/s R.K. Enterprises had passed and availed fraudulent ITC of Rs 5.25 crore on invoices without accompanying goods.</span>
