The BJP leader, Mr. Arjun Meghwal has expressed the hope that the GST Bill will be passed in the Budget Session of Parliament beginning tomorrow. Participating in a discussion on "Issues Before Parliament", on All India Radio, he said the Bill will fasten the economic growth of the country.<br/><br/> Criticising the economic policies of the NDA Government, Mr. Tom Vadakkan of the Congress stressed the need for consultation between the Government and opposition parties on important issues.<br/><br/> The CPI(M) leader, Mr. Mohammed Salim alleged that attempts are being made to divide the people on issues like nationalism and patriotism. He said mixing religion with politics will not be in the interest of the nation.
