In Punjab, Government Railway Police, GRP, arrested a Pakistan resident Chanda, late last night, who was travelling without passport in Samjhauta Express. The train runs between Attari to Delhi stations and further goes to Pakistan also. Wearing 'Burqa' when she was asked to show her passport with visa she failed to produce and was travelling without ticket too. She belonged to Karachi and is married.

GRP sources told AIR correspondent that since the train has no stoppage in between the Attari-Delhi stations, the GRP men stopped the train at Jalandhar after attaining special permission and was deboarded. Later, she was handed over to Attari based GRP personnel from where she reportedly boarded the train. Investigation is on.
