The Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board today announced to enhance the group insurance cover for the pilgrims and service providers from existing Rs one lakh to Rs three lakh. <br/><br/>The board manages the annual yatra to the 3,880 metre high holy cave shrine of Amarnath in south Kashmir Himalayas. <br/><br/>Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra, who is chairman of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, announced the enhanced group insurance during a visit to various camps en-route the holy cave shrine. <br/><br/>Vohra was accompanied by Chief Executive Officer of the Board Umang Narula. Amarnath Yatra is scheduled to begin from Thursday.<br/>
