Through this programme, Government of India aims to reach each and every child under two years of age and pregnant women for providing them with full immunization with the objective of safeguarding and preventing them from preventable diseases.<br />''<br />''The Mission Indradhanush is specially providing coverage to those who have been left uncovered under the routine immunisation programme. <br />''<br />''The special drive focuses on improving immunization coverage in selected districts and cities to ensure full immunization to more than 90% by December 2018.<br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> In Mizoram, the immunisation drive under Mission Indradhanush is going on effectively with remarkable success. And, certainly, the target group of people, are also reaping the benefits of the scheme. Here is a ground report:</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Mizoram, Special Intensified Mission Indradhanush under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan is being conducted in selected 382 villages under all of the 8 districts. <br />''<br />''Dy Collector of Mamit district Bhupesh Chaudhary said, immunisation drive for the children and expecting mothers has been going on in 18 villages of the district. Under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan – Mission Indradhanush, Mamit district of Mizoram has completed its immunisation campaign.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to the District Immunization Officer Dr. TC Hmingthangi, Mamit district has achieved 100% success .
