In Assam, 15 persons including two police personnel were injured in a grenade blast near the Paltan Bazar police station area in Guwahati last evening. Central Western Range IG Police, L R Bishnoi suspected that the Paresh Baruah faction of the banned outfit ULFA triggered the blast with the help of couriers. He said the police is investigating the blast.
