Grandparents of children in Norway custody row meet Krishna

The grandparents of two Indian children forcibly put into foster care in Norway today met External Affairs Minister S M Krishna in New Delhi. They were accompanied by CPI(M) Politburo member Brinda Karat. Briefing media persons after the meeting, Ms Karat said that the minister assured them that the children will be brought back to the country at any cost.
Responding to a query about the meeting with the External Affairs Minister, the grandfather of the children Manatosh Chakraborty said they were satisfied with the government's assurance that the children will be brought back to their country.
