The Karnataka Chief Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda today said that he will continue to be the Chief Minister of the State. Mr Gowda arrived in New Delhi to meet the central leadership of the party to resolve the issue of change in leadership in Karnataka.

Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr Gowda said, during the meeting the central leadership has assured him that he will be continued as the Chief Minister.

During the meeting, he also explained the cause of losing by- poll in Karnataka by the BJP candidate . He also discussed
about the budget of the State.
