Prime Minister of Nepal Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that his government's top priority is to hold local polls and elections for state assembly and the House of Representatives in a free, fair and fearless environment. <br/><br/>Addressing the 40th meeting of the National Development Problem Resolution Committee at Kathmandu today he said that these elections are crucial for the implementation of the constitution. <br/><br/>PM Deuba urged political parties, civil society, bureaucracy and security agencies to cooperate in conducting elections successfully.<br/><br/><br/>
