Speaking at the 2nd India-Russia Strategic Economic Dialogue in New Delhi today, Mr. Kumar said, India is looking to expand its relationship with Russia to a qualitatively higher level, with deeper economic cooperation and exchange of ideas.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Deputy National Security Adviser of India, Pankaj Saran said, frequent meetings between Indian and Russian leadership have translated into positive political relations. He said, there is a need to find ways to increase Indian exports to Russia as adverse balance of trade with that country is going up.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Deputy Minister of the Economic Development of Russia Timur Maksimov said, India and Russia are enjoying positive and dynamic economic relations.
