Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said that the government is considering to recruit 15,000 more police personnel in Delhi police. Addressing a function of Delhi police in New Delhi, Mr Singh said his ministry is planning to install more CCTVs in the national capital. <br/><br/>Presently, the city has nearly 80,000 CCTVs cameras. Mr. Singh called for protecting those who have informed the government about cash hoarders after the implementation of demonetization drive. <br/><br/>The Home Minister asked the police to win confidence of people. He said the government will be holding discussion over reforms on the lines of capacity building. On the occasion, he presented awards to police personnel for their exemplary work.
