Government is working to put in place an effective mechanism to prevent frauds in corporate entities.

In an exclusive interview to All India Radio, Corporate Affairs Minister Veerappa Moily said that Serious Fraud Offences Office has already been constituted to plug unethical practises in the corporate sector. He said several other reform measures are being worked upon to improve the corporate infrastructure in the country.
