Government today said that it is working on an alternative settlement mechanism, following the Reserve Bank's decision not to facilitate payments for Iranian crude oil. Talking to reporters in New Delhi today, Petroleum and Natural Gas Secretary, S. Sundareshan said that issue is being discussed with the Ministry of Finance and a solution will be found in a few days.
