The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said, the government is willing to talk to every person or group in Jammu and Kashmir which abjures violence and within the framework of the Constitution. Expressing concern over the unrest in Jammu and Kashmir over the last few weeks, Dr. Singh said that there is a need to ensure better delivery of services and generate avenues for economic advancement of the people of the state. He also said that the youth of the Kashmir are the citizens of the country and their grievances have to be addressed. Dr. Manmohan Singh was addressing the combined Armed Forces Commanders conference in New Delhi today.
