The Minister for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Seetharaman has said, the Government would seek to work with all the parties to get important reform-legislations including the GST Bill passed in Parliament. <br/><br/>Addressing the press in Chennai on the side-lines of a party function to explain the public on the washout of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, she said the Government is very optimistic of meeting the deadline for implementing the GST regime from April 1st next year. <br/><br/>She charged the Congress of hindering growth by disrupting Parliament. Opposition to the GST is essentially from the Congress and the Left, which are stifling development by blocking essential laws, she remarked.
