Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi today alleged that government is trying to suppress the voice of youth. Mr Gandhi said this while taking part in the protest against the suicide of Hyderabad University student Rohith Vemula and JNU row at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. <br/><br/>He said there is need for a law which does not let students' voices in colleges and universities be stifled. Students, activists and intellectuals have gathered at Jantar Mantar demanding the release of JNUSU Presdent Kanhaiya Kumar and justice for Rohith Vemula.<br/><br/>Joining the protest at Jantar Mantar, Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, there should be no political interference in educational institutions. He said their fight was against curbing the voice of dissent. CPI leader D Raja, social activist Medha Patkar were among those who took part in the protest.
