The government today said that it will take all possible steps to ensure safety and security of the Indian Community residing in United States.<br/><br/>Responding to the concerns of the members on the alleged hate crimes against Indians, Home Minister Rajnath Singh Singh said in the Lok Sabha that Government will make a detailed statement in the House in this regard next week. He also said, the recent attack on the some of the Indians in the US is sorrowfull, unfortunate and condemnable.<br/><br/>Earlier, during Zero Hour, Mallikarjun Kharge of Congress raised the issue and demanded Prime Minister's statement on the issue. Besides, Sougata Roy of TMC, Bhartruhari Mahtab of BJD, A P Jithender Reddy of TRS, Prem Singh Chandumajra of SAD, Mohd. Salim of CPI(M) and M Thambidurrai of AIADMK also expressed concern over the incidents.<br/><br/>They also demanded the government to take up the issue seriously with US authorities to ensure safety of the Indians.
