The government is to set up skill development centres in all parliamentary constituencies. Skill Development Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy said this in reply to a supplementary in the Lok Sabha today. <br/><br/>He said the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015 envisages fostering technology innovation at the grass-root level. Fiscal incentives and legal support are given for market linkages, he said.
