The government today said that it will set up National Tribal Advisory Council for development of tribal community. Informing this at a conference in New Delhi, Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram said Prime Minister will head the council.<br/><br/>He said the Council will provide broad policy guidelines to bring about improvement in the lives of the Scheduled Tribes community in the country.<br/><br/>Mr Oram said there will be a tribal carnival from February 12 to 16 next year in New Delhi where thousands tribal will participate from different parts of the country. He informed Prime Minister would inaugurate this gala event.
