Union Social Justice Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot on Sunday said that union government will set up five sports centres across India with an aim to provide various facilities to the differently-abled and also to boost their interest in sports. Mr. Gehlot was speaking at a function in Trimbakeshwar near Nasik today.On the occasion the minister distributed various devices to the differently-abled and visually-impaired persons.The programme was jointly organised by an NGO, district administration and Shri Panchayati Akhada.
