Minister of State for Communication and Information Technology Sachin Pilot on Thursday said resolving the issue of ban on Short Message Service in pre-paid mobiles in Jammu and Kashmir is under consideration of the Government.

This was stated by Mr Pilot during his visit to Jammu region during which he inaugurated modernized post offices in Jammu and Rajouri districts besides hi-tech Speed Post Centre at Jammu through video link from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) at University of Jammu.
Later the Minister launched WIMax service at Poonch on Thursday.
