The government today said that it will present the Union Budget for 2012-13 in the second week of March. This was stated by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee while talking to reporters in New Delhi today. Our correspondent reports that government has postponed the budget in view of the Assembly elections in five states between the 28th of January and 3rd of March.
