Union Minority Affairs Minister Najma Heptullah today said that the centre has decided to open skill centres in madrasas. <br/><br/>Inaugurating skill centres in three madrasas at Patna, Motihari and Kesaria in Bihar Ms. Heptullah said in Patna that the centre aims to engage the madrasa students with education and skill development so that they are not distracted by anything else. <br/><br/>Rs 3.60 crore have been provide for the three centres. Ms. Heptullah said after getting certificate students of madrsa will get loan at low interest rate.
