Government has started the process to open 10 thousand new LPG distribution centres across the country. Out of these two thousand centres will be opened in the next three months. <br/><br/>Answering queries of netizens in the Talkathon programme organized by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in New Delhi this evening, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said, mapping is being done to make available LPG in different areas particularly hilly regions and areas with difficult terrains. <br/><br/>He said, reforms like Hydrocarbon Exploration Licensing Policy focus on revenue sharing model instead of production sharing model. He said, the reforms are progressive and it will increase revenue as well as employment. <br/><br/>Mr Pradhan said, the amount that Government saved on Petroleum price in the last 21 months, is being used for benefit of common man in infrastructure and social sector.
