Govt to notify Real estate bill on May 1: Venkaiah Naidu

Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu has said that Government will notify the Real Estate Development and Regulation Bill on 1st of May. <br/><br/>Speaking to media on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today, Mr Naidu said, after the notification stakeholders including builders will fall in line and if anyone will violate the rules will be taken to task. <br/><br/>He said, what builders are committing will have to fulfill that and it is the only purpose of this real estate bill. The Minister said, the new law will give more credibility to functioning of the real estate sector. <br/><br/><br/>Replying to a query, Mr Naidu said, all construction permits in Delhi and Mumbai will be online from 2nd October this year. He said, from application to sanction everything will be online.
