Secretary of Union Ministry of Labour and Employment Apurva Chandra has said that the government has proposed in the Union Budget to launch a portal which will collect information on building and construction workers among others and the work is on setting up of the portal by Directorate General of Labour Welfare.<br />'' <br />''Speaking to media in New Delhi today, Mr Chandra said, it will help formulate health, housing, skill, insurance, credit and food scheme for migrant workers.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">On the four labour codes, Mr Chandra said, the rule making process is already underway and likely to be completed in the coming week. </span><br />
