Union minister for human resource development Prakash Javadeker has said that central government will establish central university for Divyangs in Uttar Pradesh. He said, he has discussed the matter with union minister for social justice and empowerment Thaawar Chand Gehlot today. <br/><br/>Mr Javedaeker was addressing the convocation function of Shakuntala Mishra national rehabilitation university at Lucknow. <br/><br/>He said, under Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan his ministry has instructed to make ramps and install lifts to facilitate Divyangas at all educational institutions for which institutions will be be provided financial help. <br/><br/>Mr Javdekaer said that UGC has been instructed to make arrangement for special training of instructors providing education to Divyangs. <br/><br/>
