Communication and Information Technology Minister A Raja has stressed the need to ensure all the citizens the benefits of improved service delivery of e-Governance in the country.Speaking at the valedictory session of the e-India 2010 this evening in Hyderabad, the Minister has said the National e-Governance Plan has enabled convenient and transparent access to the Government and private services while providing equitable opportunities to all.Stating that the success of e-Governance initiatives should be adjudged mainly by the benefits it brings to the common man, Mr Raja said the e-Governance would be an effective tool to drive administrative reforms.The minister said the innovations in ICT applications are being leveraged the world over in several sectors especially in Agriculture, Educations and Health. He further said using mobile phones, M-health is delivering health services and information to patients and has become a critical segment for e-health in recent years.
