The government will soon convene a meeting of District Magistrates of
all the 82 naxal-affected districts in the country.

Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said this while replying to supplementaries during question hour in the Lok Sabha today. He said Members of Parliament of the concerned districts will also be invited to the meeting to seek their views and suggestions on development of their respected areas.

The Minister admitted that the government is facing various problems in the implementation of several projects related to the development of rural areas.
