The Government is trying to build a consensus on some of the contentious clauses in the Lokpal and Lokayukta Bill.

This was stated by the Law Minister Salman Khurshi while talking to reporters outside Parliament.

He said discussions are still continuing with the political parties to thrash out the differences.

He said the Lokpal Bill, which was already passed by the Lok Sabha, will be brought in the Rajya Sabha after arriving at a consensus.
