Government proposes to bring in new legislation for the better management of the sports administrations of the country. Sports Minister Ajay Makan today said in New Delhi that the ministry will bring in the legislation in upcoming monsoon session in order to bring in more transparency in the sports federations. Mr. Makan added that government is taking effective measures to uplift the sports that are not getting desired encouragement from the corporate sector. Mr. Makan also said that government is committed to exhilarate the sporting infrastructure and conditions of the players to make the country a sporting super-power.
