Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Minister Ram Vilas Paswan today said Consumer Protection bill is ready and it will brought before the Cabinet for its approval very soon. Mr Paswan was addressing media in New Delhi on the working of National Consumer Helpline. <br/><br/>He said the bill contains many things to protect the interest of consumers including cashless and paperless transactions. The Minister said 18 states have received around three lakh complaints and enquiries from consumers on National Consumer Helpline from January to August this year.<br/><br/>He said 10 per cent consumers have given their feedback and 86 per cent were satisfied.
