Finance Ministry today said that&nbsp;government will borrow four lakh 34 thousand crore rupees in second half&nbsp;of the current fiscal,&nbsp;which is 36.16 per cent of total borrowing&nbsp;to meet its expenditure requirement. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Department of Economic Affairs Secretary Tarun Bajaj said&nbsp; there is no change in government borrowing plan.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, government had announced borrowing of 7.8 lakh crore rupees in budget. Due to COVID borrowing target was increased to 12 lakh crore rupees. Mr Bajaj&nbsp; said, out of the total 12 lakh crore rupees, government has already borrowed 7.66 lakh crore rupees, which constitute 63.83 per cent of the total borrowing.</span><br />
