Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has said, his government will allow ULFA leaders who are hiding in foreign countries, to participate in the peace process. <br/><br/>Talking to newsmen in Guwahati today he said, a top ULFA leader had recently conveyed to him about the outfit's overwhelming willingness to sit for negotiation. <br/><br/>Since a majority of jailed ULFA leaders are in favour of talks, it would be good if the outfit's eluding leader Paresh Baruah opts for negotiation, the Chief Minister said. Asked what would be the modality of talks, Mr. Gogoi said, he is in touch with the Centre to finalise the process.
