Govt. taking effective steps to improve Civil Aviation’s state

The Director General of Directorate General of Civil Aviation, DGCA Bharat Bhushan said that the government is closely monitoring the crisis in some airlines and there will be no knee jerk reaction to deal with it.

Talking to reporters in New Delhi he added that the government will allocate the routes vacated by Kingfisher to other airlines.

Mr. Bhushan also said that government is taking effective steps to improve the condition of the Civil Aviation sector.

Earlier, India had signed an agreement with the United States on the modernization of Civil Aviation.

Director General, DGCA Bharat Bhushan signed the agreement with his counterpart Ms. Dorenda Baker in New Delhi today.

This agreement will felicitate the exchange of aviation security products.
