The Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh said that Naxalism is the greatest threat to internal security and the government is taking all possible measures to deal with it. <br/><br/>Addressing the media in Mumbai today, the Prime Minister said that the growth of Naxalism obliges us to find out what causes a sense of alienation .He said that government is not in favour of using armed forces against naxals.<br/><br/>Replying to a question that certain sections in Pakistan are accusing India of the violence there, he said this is totally false. The Prime Minister said that the Mumbai attacks conspiracy was hatched in Pakistan and all those involved should be investigated and there should be a fair trial in Pakistan.The people and government of Pakistan should realize the great harm terrorist groups have done to South Asia.<br/> <br/>Replying to a question on the drought situation, Dr Manmohan Singh said that Rabi crop is normal and the worst is over. On the massive loan waiver to farmers he said it was a one time measure. <br/><br/>He admitted that leakages of funds for development schemes do exist but the RTI act will act as a powerful devise to prevent this. Dr Manmohan singh admitted that there is a deficiency of power in the country and some serious thinking needs to be done in this regard.<br/> <br/>Replying to a question on judicial reforms, the Prime Minister said the judiciary itself should initiate reforms. In a statement released to the media before the press conference, Dr Manmohan Singh mentioned that a vote for the congress and its allies will be a vote for those who have a vision for the destiny of Maharashtra and Mumbai. <br/><br/>It will be a vote for secular inclusive politics; politics that unites and politics that heals. Replying to a question on Raj Thackeray's divisive politics, Dr Manmohan Singh said the people of Maharashtra will give him a fitting reply in the coming election. <br/>
