Govt sponsores DigiDhan Mela to educate people in use of cashless transactions

<br/><br/>The Government of India-sponsored Digi-Dhan Mela, meant to educate people in the use of cashless transactions, held at Dassera Ground in Indore today.<br/>Lok Sabha Speaker Mrs. Sumitra Mahajan and Minister of State for health Mr. Fuggan Singh Kuleste were present on the occasion. AIR correspondent reports that various banks, government departments, business houses and mobile phone operators had put up their stalls in the Digi-Dhan Mela. <br/><br/>One of the visitors from nearby village, Baburam informed that now he is able to do cashless transaction over his mobile phone. Digital-Dakiyas, or volentiers taught people regarding easy methods of cashless transaction.Problems related to Aadhaar registration and adhaar number receipt were solved on the spot. <br/><br/>Also bank account opening by the banks, registration of P.O.S. machines and debit cards will be registered and distributed. <br/>'<br/><br/>
