Co-founder of INFOSIS and Chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India Nandan M Nilekani says, government and society are not keeping pace with rapid changes on the technology front. He was speaking at a function in Bangalore organised for releasing the Kannada version of his book "Imagining India – Ideas for the New Century. He said technology changes every two years. Three-four years ago, nobody had heard of smart-phone, tablet PC, twitter or facebook. Suddenly they have become popular. He said the pace at which society and Goverment change is much slower.
