The government has said, a sub-committee of the Central Advisory Board of Education has been set up to examine the feasibility of bringing pre-education and secondary education under the purview of the RTE Act, 2009. HRD Minister Ms Smriti Zubin Irani gave this information in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today.
