Govt School blown up in NW Pakistan

In Pakistan, militants blew up a government-run school in the north-western province of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa early Wednesday morning. Local media reports said some unidentified militants used explosive materials to blow up a middle school in Darra Adam Khel area. No causalities have been reported as the incident took place early in the morning and there were no students in the school. This is not the first time when militants blew up schools in northwestern Pakistan. According to official statistics, 500 schools have been destroyed by militant across Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas in recent years. Earlier this month, three government-run schools were blown up by the militants in northwest Pakistan.
