The government today said that three refineries are coming up in the country at Bhatinda, Vina and Paradip to step up oil production in the country. Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Petroleum, Mr Jitin Prasad said Vina refinery will be functional by September in this year while the other refineries will be completed in the next year.
