<span style="color: #222222;">Government today said the supply of non-essential goods by e-commerce companies will remain prohibited during the lockdown.&nbsp;Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla issued an order excluding the non-essential items from sale by the e-commerce companies from the consolidated revised guidelines, which listed the exemption given to the services and people from the purview of the lockdown.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Bhalla&nbsp; has also written to state Chief&nbsp;Secretaries, clarifying&nbsp;that while the supply of non-essential goods through e-commerce remains prohibited, the supply of essential goods will be allowed. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He asked State and Union Territories to sensitize field agencies regarding it and disseminate the information among the people so that smooth movement of entire supply chain of essential goods including by e-commerce can be ensured.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
