Government today said, punctuality of trains will be increased by 95 per cent. Speaking at the Economic Editors Conference in New Delhi, Chairman, Railway Board, Anil Mital said, Railways is working on connecting all capitals of north eastern states by 2020. He said, all unmanned level crossings will be eliminated in another 4-5 years.
